The app requires a set of Android permissions (contacts, calls, SMS, camera, storage, location, notifications, network etc.) necessary for core functionality.
The developer is responsible for conformity of the app with the contract and applicable law. The developer is not responsible for damage caused by system modification, unauthorised software or improper use. This does not limit consumer rights under applicable law.
